To the editor:
My sweet and sometimes acceptably annoying mother-in-law doesn’t have automobile insurance.
While she may have myriad reasons for absenting herself from this pool of insured, the fact she doesn’t own an automobile probably heads the list.
If the state of New Jersey, where she resides, were to apply the illogical legal basis for upholding the healthcare ObamaTax (formerly ObamaCare) Chief Justice Roberts used, New Jersey would tax my mother-in-law for not having auto insurance.
