Ocean Isle Beach Crime Report

The Ocean Isle Beach Police Department investigated the following incidents and made the following arrests last week. All information is taken directly from police incident and arrest reports.

•Possession of a stolen motor vehicle, breaking and entering, misdemeanor larceny and underage drinking on Causeway Drive; subject was in possession of a stolen motor vehicle (a golf cart). The golf cart was recovered in the possession of a minor. The case is listed as under further investigation.

•Property damage on Ocean Isle West Boulevard; suspect caused damage to a garage door at the victim’s residence.

•Larceny of a motor vehicle; unknown subjects took a golf cart from a home on Concord Street.

•Communicating threats on East First Street; subject stated she was leaving dead or alive during a domestic violence report.

•Frankie Daryl Underwood, 55, of 2821 Newton Road, Monroe, was charged with communicating threats.

•Jordan Christopher Dew, 20, of 95 Beaver Lane, Pinehurst, was charged with DWI, DWI less than 21 years of age and open container.

•John Colby Williams, 23, of 1600 Eyota Drive, Ocean Isle Beach, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Larceny on East First Street; subject took two adult beach bicycles and one children’s bicycle from underneath a residence.

•Underage consumption of a malt beverage at the Ocean Isle Beach fishing pier; suspects were consuming alcohol underage.

•Emily Ann Heffner, 16, of 21 38th Ave., Hickory, was charged with underage consumption of alcohol.

•Alexandra Elizabeth Reeves, 16, of 1095 13th Ave., Hickory, was charged with possession of spirituous liquor less than 21 and consuming beer less than 21.
