The Ocean Isle Beach Police Department investigated the following incidents and made the following arrests last two weeks. All information is taken directly from police incident and arrest reports.

Felony larceny on Causeway Drive; suspect took a jewelry case filled with rings out of the Eagles store.

Mike Malcolm, 31, of 8025 Footpath Road, Leland, was charged with felony larceny.

Assault on a female on Raeford Street; subject struck victim in face.

Robert Thomas Wyatt, 35, of 4239 Commonwealth Ave., Charlotte, was charged with assault on a female.

Larceny on Concord Street; suspect removed an iPad from a residence. The case was closed; it was unfounded.

Breaking and entering on Concord Street; unknown suspects took items from garage.

Underage drinking and intentionally littering on East First Street and Concord Street.

Regan Christine Dillard, 18, was charged with underage drinking and intentionally littering.

Joshua Robert McLawthorn, 20, of 4568 Beaver Creek Road, New Hill, was charged with underage drinking and intentionally littering.

Cody Jaret Anderson, 20, of 920 Jordan Hill Street, Chapel Hill, was charged with underage drinking and intentionally littering.

Simple assault under the Causeway bridge; subject assaulted her daughter.

Casondra Hall McLaurin, 41, of 6050 Colinda Lane, Ash, was charged with simple assault.

Assist Sunset Beach police officers on Four Mile Road and Old Georgetown Road; subject was resisting arrest.

Chase Daniel Williamson, 23, of 705 Barrington Drive, Waldorf, Md., was charged with resisting arrest.

Breaking and entering and larceny on Via Old Sound Boulevard.; subject entered a condo and removed $69, a gold chain with an open gold heart pendant, a gold necklace and a gold necklace with dolphins facing each other.

Simple assault on East Second Street; subjects were in an altercation at Pelican’s Perch. The case was closed, as it was unfounded.
