Ocean Isle Beach Police officers investigated the following incidents and made the following arrests last week. All information is taken directly from the Ocean Isle Beach Police Department’s incident/investigation reports:
• Mitchell Tanner Kusche, 20 of Oak Ridge. Subject was wanted in North Carolina.
