Ocean Isle woman seeks retribution for harassing phone calls

Donnamarie Romaine of Ocean Isle Beach recently changed her phone number after a month of receiving unwanted telemarketing calls from the same company on a near-daily basis.

Now, she wants the company at fault to pay or be punished in some way for harassing her. She’s taken her complaint to the Attorney General’s office.
