We all enjoy grilling meats on our outdoor grills this time of year, especially during these hot, summer months. Heating the kitchen oven up doesn’t seem like a good option to me.
We all have our favorite way of grilling steak, chicken, pork and even fish, but what to top them off with always seems to be a mystery. Don’t just slop on the barbecue sauce every time you put some meat on the grill. Think about including different types of veggies grilled right along with, or on top of, your grilled protein.
