Perry Realty Group opens new office on Oak Island Drive

Perry Realty Group Inc. opened its office at 7201 E. Oak Island Drive with a grand-opening ribbon cutting ceremony on March 13.

The firm will offer the full spectrum of commercial real estate services—commercial sales, commercial leasing and commercial property management—as well as residential real estate sales, according to a news release.

North Carolina commercial real estate veteran Jess Perry of affiliate Walt Perry Realty heads the firm. The team at Perry Realty Group includes Sandy Hall, Debby McGrath, Barbara Olsen-Gwin, Brenda Hall and Tom Johnson.
