SHALLOTTE—Despite objections from a neighboring property owner, the town planning board has recommended allowing outdoor storage at a Main Street business as long the business owner meets town code requirements.
During its regular meeting Tuesday night, the planning board heard from Super Sod owner Al Braden, who had received violation notices from the town for not replacing dead trees that were serving as landscape buffers and for storing rock for sale on pallets in violation of town ordinances.
