DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.—Five local men were among 32 drivers who participated Feb. 13 in the Racing Legends Parade on the Daytona Beach Racing Course.
Before more than 15,000 spectators, Bobby Williamson and Bill Tripp, both of Shallotte, were among a group of five who participated in the parade.
W.C. Bell of Bayboro, S.C., and Harold Floyd and Sherman Garris, both of Conway, S.C., were also participants in the parade.
