San Rio requests tabled again

SHALLOTTE—Aldermen once again tabled annexing more than 78 acres off Gray Bridge Road and an amendment to the development’s Phase II master plan at the request of Wakefield Coastal, developers of San Rio.

The developers say they are in the middle of working out an infrastructure agreement with the town that should be ready by the March 25 pre-agenda meeting. The agreement will focus on the size of the sewer pump station and sewer fee reimbursement terms, both of which were the subject of much debate between the town and the developers last month.
