BOLIVIA—Members of the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) Team arrested seven suspects for driving while impaired over the Thanksgiving holiday.
The ACE Team is a support unit whose primary functions are traffic enforcement and assisting in the apprehension of drug traffickers in the county. ACE deputies issued 61 total charges from Nov. 21-27.
ACE deputies charged the following suspects:
•Frank Pruitt, 54, of 1530 Hickman Road, Calabash, was charged with DWI and no operator’s license.
•Nowlin K. Devaney, 42, of 6 Sunfield Drive, Carolina Shores, was charged with DWI.
•Damon Harris, 32, of 3925 Tybre Down Circle, Little River, S.C., was charged with DWI.
•Dalton L. Manring, 19, of 1050 Wilson Ave., Calabash, was charged with DWI.
•Chad A. Hunter, 39, of 1357 Partridge Place, Shallotte, was charged with DWI.
•Manuel Salaya Marcial, of 1231 Jacobs Wayne Road, Leland, was charged with no operator’s license and DWI.
•Jonathan David Stoddard II, 32, of 7201 Old Oak Road, Ash, was charged with DWI.
