Shallotte crime report

Shallotte police charged the following people and investigated the following incidents last week. All information is taken directly from police reports.

•Police charged Roberto G. Willarroel, 37, of Wrightsville Avenue, Wilmington, with no operator’s license at the Southeastern Welcome Center as the result of a checkpoint. He was taken to the Brunswick County Detention Center under a $500 secured bond.

•Police charged Jefferson Exantus, 35, of Shallotte Avenue, with assault on a female. He was taken to the Brunswick County Detention Center on no bond.
