The Shallotte Police Department investigated the following incidents and made the following arrests in the last two weeks. All information is taken directly from police incident and arrest reports.

Breaking and entering and larceny of medication on Whiteville Road; suspect removed items from an unlocked vehicle.

Breaking and entering on Forest Drive; suspect entered victim’s home through rear door.

Charles Richard Goodwin, 26, of 26 Old River Road, Supply, was charged with DWI and left of center on Sept. 28.

Shoplifting at Walmart; suspect took a 47-inch LCD television without paying for it.

William Matthew Bowers, 20, of 2070 Holden Beach Road, Supply, was charged with shoplifting and served with an order for arrest for failure to appear on a larceny charge.

Jack Douglas Faulk, 24, of 1044 Stanley Road, S.W., Supply, was charged with larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Defrauding an innkeeper at Econolodge; suspect refused to leave after checkout time.

Disturbing the peace at Dollar Tree; suspect caused a disturbance in store.

Julian Ivory Johnson, 19, of 1879 Hill Lock Road, Supply, was charged with felony probation violation and felony conspiracy to assault and inflict serious injury.

Whitney Chantel Pigotte, 25, of 14 Birch Pond Drive, Shallotte, was charged with failure to appear for no operator’s license.

Louis Brandon Hewett, 33, of 694 Mount Pisgah Road, Supply, was charged with DWI, failure to burn headlights and open container.

Wendell Dane Fulford, 43, of 5580 Watts Road, Ocean Isle Beach, was charged with driving while license revoked and expired registration.

Larceny of a wallet at Dollar General; suspect took wallet from counter.

Vandalism and larceny on Holden Beach Road; suspect broke into a car wash coin deposit and attempted to take coins.

Violation of court order on Main Street; suspect failed to return a child as directed by the court.

Larceny of keys on Main Street; suspect removed victim’s keys from a desk and put them into her purse.

Vandalism in the Lowes Foods parking lot; suspect’s vehicle struck cart container and suspect fled.

Larceny of a credit card on Main Street; suspect took merchandise without paying for it at Kangaroo.

Breaking and entering and larceny at Art Catering on Cheers Street; suspect forced entry into the business and took $515 cash.
