Shallotte police charged the following people and investigated the following incidents last week. All information is taken directly from police reports.

•Steven Allen Steen II, 18, of Pinecrest Drive, Fayetteville, charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and larceny of merchandise in the Kangaroo parking lot.
