SHALLOTTE—There are two brothers in Shallotte who have a dream and vision for preserving green space in Shallotte.

Chris and Cameron Kinlaw grew up in Shallotte. Both went away to college and upon returning to their hometown realized they missed an important part of their college lives—riding bicycles to get around.

“I went to school in Savannah and I biked everywhere,” Chris said. “My parents live in Shallotte and it’s dangerous to bike anywhere in Shallotte.”
