Shallotte Neon Shock soccer team wins

The Shallotte Neon Shock U11 girls’ travel soccer team got its win of their rebuilding season. After going undefeated last season, three of the Shallotte girls—Claire McNeil, Kayla Crouch and Hayley Giordano—were selected to play in the Cape Fear Open Classic division. Replacing them on the Shallotte Shock are Joy Sturdivant, Greer Josselyn and Alex Adcock. All three of the new girls are a year younger but have played great and really added to the team.
