Shallotte Police report

The Shallotte Police Department investigated the following incidents and made the following arrests last week. All information is taken directly from police incident and arrest reports.

•Larceny of a cellular phone and larceny of currency at the Comfort Inn; items were taken from the victim’s room.

•Identity theft at Walgreen’s; victim’s license number is being used fraudulently.

•Larceny of trailer harness and vandalism at Ocean City Chevrolet; suspect removed a harness from a trailer causing damage.

•Larceny of rims at Jones’ Ford; suspect removed four rims, tires and center caps from a vehicle.

•Obtaining property by false pretense at Britt’s Jewelry; suspect sold a stolen Rolex.

•Larceny of a television at Walmart; suspect removed a 32-inch flat screen from the store without paying for it.

•Larceny of a cell phone at Bojangles; suspect removed a cell phone from the counter.

•Lost wallet at Walmart; victim left her wallet on the roof of her vehicle.

•Simple assault with a sexual motive on Whiteville Road; suspect groped the victim.

•Stephen Walter Bulak, 25, of 1504 Rest Place S.W., Shallotte, was charged with possession of one-half ounce or less of marijuana.

•Frank James Hurst, 31, of 144 5th Ave., Aynor, S.C., was charged with DWI.

•Jeffery Brian Sullivan, 24, of 1190 Gary Drive, Bolivia, was charged with drunk and disruptive at Walmart.

•Alex Jason Sullivan, 23, of 4544 Oak View Drive, Southport, was charged with drunk and disruptive, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Walmart.

•Larceny of currency on Creek Drive, Shallotte; suspect removed $160 from a table in a residence.

 •Diana Melissa Hampton, 28, of 4910 Bridger’s Road, Shallotte, was charged with domestic assault.
