Sloup wins fourth golf tournament

South Brunswick junior Ashley Sloup had four 3s in shooting a 1-over par 37 on the Magnolia Greens Azalea Course and winning her fourth conference golf tourney of the season.
Sloup had birdies on the par-4 sixth hole (No. 24 on the card) and the par-4 ninth (No. 27 on the card). She finished her round shooting 3-4-3-3.
West Brunswick sophomore Cameryn Smith shot a 42 and was second. No other golfer shot in the 40s. West’s only other golfer was sophomore Lauren Demko, who shot a 60.
