Soap star Laura Wright in North Myrtle Beach on Aug. 5

“General Hospital” star Laura Wright has scheduled a special appearance Sunday, Aug. 5, at Martini’s restaurant in North Myrtle Beach, S.C.

"General Hospital" star Laura Wright will make a special appearance at her brother Jeff Sisk's restaurant, Martini's in North Myrtle Beach, S.C., on Sunday, Aug. 5.

Wright and her husband, John, will introduce wines from their family-owned winery, Standing Sun in California.

Wright’s brother, Jeff Sisk, is chef and operator of Martini’s.

Wright, who plays Carley on “General Hospital,” will be available for free autographs and free pictures.

The evening event, which starts at 7 p.m., will consist of a five-course wine and tapas pairing experience, assorted wines from the Wrights’ winery and tapas-style entrees directed by Sisk.

Tickets are $100 each and available in a limited quantity. Reservations are required and encouraged as tickets sell out fast. The restaurant will be closed to the public for this one-day event.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. for cocktails and live entertainment prior to the event.
