The South Brunswick girls soccer teamed served notice to its Waccamaw 1A/2A Conference rivals, scoring 11 goals in a league-opening victory against Trask at Boiling Spring Lakes Monday.
The 11-goal outburst followed a 13-0 non-conference win at West Bladen last Wednesday.
South Brunswick is 2-1-1 and 1-0 in the Waccamaw. They had matches at Whiteville Wednesday and at Class 3A No. 1 White Oak on Friday before returning home to play East Bladen next Monday.
