SOUTH BRUNSWICK 10,
PENDER 9
South Brunswick slipped by Pender 10-9 on March 25.
“We did some bone head-stuff in the field,” South coach Lee Shelton said. “But a win is a win.
“Ryan Brendle had a big hit in the bottom of the sixth. We had runners on first and third. He hit a line drive that I thought it was going to short-hop the fence, but it went out of the park. It was one of the hardest hit balls I’ve seen hit by a high school player.”
