Boot camp
Rev up your metabolism with a full-body workout combining cardio bursts, athletic drills and strength training exercises. This class will utilize the outdoor park when weather permits. Modifications will be offered for all fitness levels. Bring water, an exercise mat and a towel.
Leland Municipal Park, 102 Town Hall Drive, every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Fee is $40 for the month or $8 for a drop-in class. Call 332-4823 to register.
Fit over 50
Combine fun and fitness in this class by increasing your cardiovascular level with low impact aerobic choreography and build muscular endurance with resistance training. This class will utilize light hand weights, resistance bands and exercise balls. It is designed for all fitness levels and is especially beneficial for those over 50. Be sure to bring water, an exercise mat and a towel.

CPR classes
The town of Leland is partnering with Leland Fire and Rescue to offer CPR classes at the Leland Fire Department, 1004 Village Road, on the second Monday of each month at 6 p.m. beginning July 9 and at the Leland Classroom Annex, 102 Town Hall Drive, on the third Thursday of each month at 9 a.m. beginning July 19.
This is a free class. Manuals can be purchased in advance of the class. Space is limited. Call 332-4823.
