Stimulus package is a joke

In the past week, the Economic Stimulus Package, HR 5140, designed to give American taxpayers a rebate check, passed the House and has been passed on to the Senate.

This bill, written by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, has a provision that will send a rebate check to anyone who paid taxes and submitted a Social Security number to the IRS.
