Sunset Beach police investigated the following incidents and made the following arrests:
•Larceny and injury to personal property were reported Aug. 16 at a residential unit on Resort Circle.
•Matthew Stephen Porcelli, 27, of 17995 Possum Point Road, Dumfries, Va., was charged Aug. 15 with driving while impaired.
•Rodney Dean Gause, 29, of 4557 Owendon Drive, Shallotte, was charged Aug. 20 with DWI, failure to comply with driver’s license restriction of .04 BAC, failure to carry driver’s license, driving left of center, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
