Sunset park development guesstimates hit $826,000

SUNSET BEACH—The potential cost of developing and accessorizing the new Sunset Beach Park is estimated at a “worst-case” high of $826,000.

Greg Lambert, landscape architect for environmental consulting engineering firm Withers & Ravenel, said Monday night that figure was reflective of a “worst-case scenario” of needs and costs and that it could be less than that.
