The Brunswick County Superior Court under the direction of Judge Ola Lewis with prosecutor Chris Thomas adjudicated the following cases during a Superior Court session on Oct. 11, 13 and 14:

Ronald R. Beasley, 26, of 1064 Easterly Drive, Supply; PG felony larceny, NCDOC 5-6 months; breaking and entering, NCDOC 5-6 months at expiration of previous sentence; breaking and entering a place of worship, felony larceny, charges consolidated, NCDOC 5-6 months at expiration of previous sentence; sentences suspended, supervised probation 24 months; three counts breaking and/or entering, three counts felony larceny, misdemeanor larceny, two counts felony conspiracy, two counts injury to real property, attempted breaking and/or entering building, all voluntarily dismissed per plea.

Robert Page Benton, 51, of 2823 Shell Landing Road, Supply; PG DWI level 1, BCDC 30 days active as set by probation officer.

James Zachary Bisson, 22, of 5104 Boss Court, Southport; PG two counts possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, charges consolidated, BCDC 22 days active with 22 days credit for time served; four counts sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, all voluntarily dismissed per plea.

Larry Ronald Capps Jr., 48, of 979 Hickory Drive NE, Leland; two counts trafficking in cocaine, possession weapon of mass destruction, bond is revoked at $1.2 million, defendant remanded, all other conditions previously entered still remain in effect.

Bruce Allen Cashwell, 39, of 351 Davie Drive, Wilmington; PG misdemeanor larceny, BCDC 45 days, sentence suspended, supervised probation 18 months.

Miguel Alexis Cruz-Colon, 44, of 2023 Juniper St., Supply; PG fail to register as sex offender, BCDC 90 days active.

Jorge Luis Gonzalez, 39, of 6608 Hoges Smith Road NW, Ash; possession of cocaine, possession drug paraphernalia, pursuant to GS90-96 conditions, sentence suspended, supervised probation 12 months.

Tyrone Davis Hamilton, 35, of 5219 Plainview Road, Ash; PG habitual felon, felony possession of cocaine, charges consolidated, NCDOC 70-93 months active with 123 days credit for time served; possession marijuana up to on-half ounce, possession drug paraphernalia, DWI, fail to maintain lane control, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance, resisting public officer, driving while license revoked, habitual impaired driving, all voluntarily dismissed per plea.

Chris King, 23, of 1800 Clemmons Road, Bolivia; PG breaking and entering, larceny after breaking/entering, NCDOC 10-12 months at expiration of current sentence.

Christopher Glenn Lowell, 28, of 4695 Pineview Road, Southport; PG possession marijuana up to on-half ounce, possession drug paraphernalia, charges consolidated, BCDC 45 days, sentence suspended, supervised probation 24 months.

Omar A. McCoy, 235 China Lane, Jackson, Miss.; PG trafficking in cocaine, NCDOC 35-42 months active; possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine, manufacture cocaine, two counts traffick in cocaine, all voluntarily dismissed per plea.

Phillip Joseph Morgan, 33, of 3202 E. Oak Island Drive, Oak Island; PG forgery of instrument, NCDOC 10-12 months; uttering forged instrument, NCDOC 10-12 months at expiration of previous sentence; forgery of instrument, NCDOC 10-12 months at expiration of previous sentence; uttering forged instrument, NCDOC 10-12 months at expiration of previous sentence; sentences suspended, supervised probation 36 months.

Twila Monique Rogers, 31, of 1310 Dawson St., Wilmington; PG larceny, NCDOC 10-12 months active.

Christopher Adam Russ, 26, of 107 J Townsend Lane, Leland; PG obtain property false pretense, NCDOC 6-8 months active.

Michael Sellers, 22, 8071 Worrell Lane, Ash; PG indecent liberties with a child, NCDOC 13-16 months, sentence suspended, supervised probation 36 months.

Andrew Thomas Smeltzer, 36, of 945 Grove Circle NW, Ocean Isle Beach; PG possession of cocaine, pursuant to GS90-96 order.

Nicholas Lavoir Smith, 33, of 802 Randolphville Road, Bolivia; possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, sell/deliver cocaine, simple possession cocaine, habitual felon, charges consolidated, NCDOC 60-81 days active.
