A Supply man was arrested last week for multiple charges by two law enforcement agencies.
According to Holden Beach Police Detective Justin Hewett, Johnny Ray Small Jr., 37, of 2012 Ash St., Supply, was charged with breaking and entering to a motor vehicle, larceny from a motor vehicle, two counts of credit card theft and obtaining property by false pretences on Aug. 27.
Also on Aug. 27, Small was charged with multiple drug charges by the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit, according to sheriff’s office spokesperson Sgt. April Stanley.
Stanley said Small was arrested after a traffic stop, which led to drug agents seizing 32 bindles of heroin, syringes and paraphernalia believed to be used to manufacture and package heroin.
Small was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin, manufacture a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle to keep a controlled substance, possession of one-half ounce or less of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Small was taken to the Brunswick County Detention Center and placed on a $10,000 secured bond.
