Supply woman charged with trafficking

Shallotte Police charged Ava Bellamy Maree, 50, of 3530 Windy Point Road, Supply, with trafficking opium at Thomas Drugs in Shallotte on Oct. 21.

The responding officer also confiscated a crack pipe in her possession.

Maree was taken to the Brunswick County Detention Center, and released Monday night on a $50,000 unsecured bond.

Shallotte police also charged the following people and investigated the following incidents last week. All information is taken directly from police reports.
