SHALLOTTE—Two men have been arrested on multiple drug charges marking what Shallotte Police Chief Rodney Gause calls the town’s biggest drug bust.
Shallotte Police officers and agents with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit seized more than 9,200 prescription pills, which carry a street value of about $40,000-$50,000, Gause said.
The two men charged with the numerous drug charges are Richard Moore, 40, of Mayesville, and Jonathan Nowokunski, 26, of Oak Island.
