Fairmont scored the first eight points and defeated West Brunswick 61-51 in a non-conference high school boys’ basketball game last Wednesday in Robeson County.
“We played three good quarters, and the one bad one was pretty much the difference in the game,” said West Brunswick coach Brad Lewis.
Sophomore center Alfy Hill had 14 points, eight rebounds and two blocked shots to lead the Trojans.
