Town of Ocean Isle to purchase extra storage for ABC store

After discussing the need for additional storage at last month’s meeting, Ocean Isle Beach Commissioners voted Tuesday to purchase a storage building for the ABC store.

Commissioner Dean Walters said during summer, the store receives 800-900 cases of liquor at any given time. If on sale, purchasing the brands that sell well in bulk can save the store about $7,000, he said.
