Trojans’ first two football games in 2014 to be special

-A A +A
By Michael Paul, Sports Editor

The start of the West Brunswick High School football team season in 2014 will be different from the start of the 2013 season in at least one way: promotion.

Already, plans are being made for the first home game, against Socastee (S.C.) High School, in which West coach Scott Frazier wants to set a home-game attendance record.

West usually has its largest attendance for games against South Brunswick and games on Senior Night. More fans attended those games this year than West’s home game in the state playoffs.
