United Country—Coastal Home ranks No. 20 in March

United Country Real Estate, headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., recently announced that United Country–Coastal Homes in Ocean Isle Beach was the No. 20 office in the United Country network for gross commissions in March.
In 2009, United Country–Coastal Homes, owned by Terri Allen and located in Shallotte, was the No. 8 United Country office in the nation, as well as the No. 4 office in the company’s eastern division.
Based on gross commissions for the year, Coastal Homes earned United Country’s Summit Club Silver Award, an honor given to less than 2 percent of the company’s nearly 650 offices. In addition to their recognition for outstanding sales achievements, United Country–Coastal Homes also received a Listing Consistency Award for excellence in listing properties.
Teri Hunt, broker and Realtor with United Country–Coastal Homes, also achieved the company’s 2009 Pinnacle Club Award for her individual sales accomplishments.
