The West Brunswick baseball team improved to 5-1 in the Mideastern Conference by beating Jacksonville 4-3 April 8. West got five hits and made three errors in the victory. The game was tied 3-3 entering the bottom of the fifth, but West broke the tie when Pat Kamfolt led off with a double to center field, went to third on Wally Kamfolt’s flyout to right and scored on Josh Powell’s sacrifice fly to right field.
