With so much talk about the upcoming election, I couldn’t help but wonder why an election is necessary. Consider the following:
Our government was established with three branches: executive, legislative and judicial. Basically, the executive is the presidency, the legislative the Senate and House of Representatives and the judicial is the Supreme Court.
Republicans have controlled the presidency for 20 of the past 28 years.
