Yoga etiquette

 Yoga etiquette

 

  • Please remove shoes and socks for class.

 

  • Your yogi (instructor) will greet you and begin the class.

 

  • Please leave your cell phone in your car.

 

  • Please leave your ego at the door. All bodies welcome.

 

  • Please notify instructor of any and all special conditions and or injuries.

 

  • It’s a good idea not to eat two to three hours before class.

 

  • Listen to your body, challenge when able, but rest when

needed.

 

  • Remember to always work at your individual level and to

respect your body’s current physical state.
