     The Brunswick County Superior Court under the direction of the Judge Ola M. Lewis with prosecutor Jon David and courtroom clerk Amanda Kidd adjudicated the following cases Aug. 4 during a grand jury session:

    Nicholas Baggatta, two counts of felony larceny, two counts of obtain property false pretense.

    Tate Warren Barr, larceny of motor vehicle.

    Charles Jacob Bennett, obtain property by false pretense.
