A former university tennis coach arrested last year in downtown Wilmington has pleaded guilty to driving while impaired.
According to Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) Team Sgt. Billy Caulk, Nick Keith Stutsman, 49, of 175 Plum Nelly Road, Athens, Ga., pleaded guilty to DWI in New Hanover County Court on May 27.
At the time of his arrest, Stutsman was the head men’s and women’s tennis coach at Mercer University in Macon, Ga.
