    Feb. 6

    Single-vehicle traffic crash rollover on Lanvale Road resulting in property damage.

    Breaking and entering and larceny from a motor vehicle parked on New Pointe Boulevard.

    Feb. 7

    Murray Ray Mintz was arrested on a charge of driving while impaired after getting his vehicle stuck in the median at Grayson Park and Maco Road.

    Injury to real property; someone drove a vehicle through the yard and over the bushes of an Old Shallotte Road residence, causing $500 in damage to the landscaping.

    Feb. 11

    Randall Glen Farfour, 65, was arrested on a charge of driving while impaired.

    Michael A. Clemmons, 28, of Trace Street, was cited on a charge of shoplifting baby formula from Lowes Food.

    Jan. 30

    Injury to personal property; someone slashed all four tires on a vehicle parked on Owendon Drive, causing $550 damage.

  • Calabash Fire Department January 2016

    During the month of January, 2016, the Calabash Fire Department responded to 157 calls: five structure fires, two woods/brush fires, a vehicle fire, six fire alarms, five motor vehicle accidents, two investigations, 15 public assistance, an other and 120 EMS first-response calls.
