    May 25

    Thomas Chappell was arrested on charges of resisting, delaying and obstructing an officer, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia after causing a disturbance on Thomas Garst Lane.

    Curtis Williams was cited and released after leaving Wal-Mart on New Pointe Boulevard without paying for merchandise.

    Two-vehicle crash on U.S. 17 North resulting in property damage.
