    Feb. 3

    Justin Oliver Hammond, 31, of 821 Salt Marsh St., Sunset Beach, charged with resisting an officer.

    Feb. 9

    Breaking and entering and larceny of prescription sunglasses from a vehicle on Clubhouse Road.

    Breaking and entering and larceny of man’s and woman’s diamond wedding bands from a vehicle on Osprey Court.

    Animal cruelty by someone keeping animals in unfit conditions on Pine Street.

    Damage to real property; someone damaged the mailbox at town hall.

    Damage to real property; unknown juveniles threw a rock off the Old Fayetteville Road overpass, breaking the windshield of a motor vehicle on the highway below. The damage resulted in no injuries.

    Joshua Adam Ehrhard, 27, 2626 Evans Circle SW, cited for possession of ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Defrauding innkeeper; someone ate at San Felipe’s Restaurant and did not pay for his meal.
