CAROLINA SHORES—Town commissioners have approved a $68,000 contract to pave three areas of town.
Approval to contract with Hardee and Prince Contractors of Loris, S.C., came at the board’s March 4 meeting.
Commissioner Joyce Dunn made a motion for approval with a clause stipulating references be satisfactorily checked and at least a one-year warranty be included with the contract.
The work is for paving at Oakbark Court, Gate 3 and in the Village at Calabash, town administrator Linda Herncane said.
