To the editor:
As of 2009, there were more than 4,500 political action committees throughout our country. The Carolina Shores Concerned Citizens PAC is an American thing to do. The CCCS offers its support to certain candidates, hoping people will vote for them. You choose whom you wish. That is what democracy is about. For democracy to work, voters should take the time to get to know the candidates. Based on our state constitution, they all qualify to run for the position.
