LELAND — Leland officials began prioritizing capital improvement projects Jan. 11 during their first budget meeting of 2017.
“It will be a tight budget year. We will not be able to do everything we hope,” Town Manager David Hollis said.
Hollis estimated the 2017-18 general fund revenues could be about $10.1 million providing about $500,000 more than 2016-17 for budget planning.
Town board members created a Top 20 list of projects.
