Board of Education approves Design-Build Project Delivery for turfgrass project

BOLIVIA— Brunswick County Board of Education members at their regular March 5 meeting approved a request that will help three district high schools receive turfgrass in the fall.

The board unanimously approved moving forward with replacing West, North and South Brunswick high schools’ stadiums with artificial turf at their Feb. 19 committee meeting, and at their regular meeting March 5 approved Chief Operations Officer Sue Rutledge’s request for the district to use a Design-Build Project Delivery process for the installation of the turf.
