Brunswick County drug report

Agents with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit made the following arrests last week:

•Saul Hernandez Ruiz, 27, of 8963 Fish Road, Leland, was charged with trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, manufacturing cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ruiz was taken to the Brunswick County Detention Center, where he was placed under a $200,000 secured bond.

•Tony Wayne Faircloth Hedgecock Jr., 35, of 308 Plantation Court, Supply, was charged with selling/delivering marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the detention center and placed under a $10,000 secured bond.

•Charles Grant Wilson, 39, of 409 Sellers St., Oak Island, was charged with selling/delivering marijuana, possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Sherry Marie Nadolny, 38, of 2197 Rosa Trail, Bolivia, was charged with trafficking in opium or heroin, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place to keep a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, selling and delivering marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the detention center, where she was placed under a $750,000 secured bond.

•Brian Teemsma, 19, of 75 Rosa Trail, Bolivia, was charged with trafficking opium or heroin, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place to keep a controlled substance.

Teemsma was taken to the detention center, where he was placed under a $750,000 secured bond.

•Carl Ray Kennedy, 46, of 540 Creek View Lane, Leland, was charged with conspiring to sell/deliver scheduled II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kennedy was taken to the detention center, where he was placed under a $20,000 secured bond.

•David Mitchell Genter, 32, 1057 Small Way, Calabash, was charged with selling/delivering a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the detention center, where he was placed under a $20,000 secured bond.

•Kevin Corneilus Judge, 29, of 8211 Martin St., Wilmington, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge was taken to the detention center, where he was placed under a $5,000 secured bond.

•Roy Dale Simmons, 40, of 478 Williard Lane, Shallotte, was charged with possession of marijuana.

•Timothy Carl Lee, 42, of 997 Lower County St., Calabash, was charged with simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
