Brunswick County Sheriff's Office crime report

Brunswick County Sheriff’s deputies investigated the following incidents last week, which are taken directly from sheriff’s office incident reports:

•Burglary and larceny of a firearm on Jackson Street in Supply; suspect stole a firearm from victim’s residence.

•Larceny on Blue Drive in Supply; suspect stole trailer hitch from victim’s vehicle.

•Larceny on Harbor Drive in Holden Beach; suspect stole victim’s cell phone.

•Breaking and entering on Maple Hill Road in Shallotte; suspect tried to open victim’s door.

•Breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny on Tar Landing Road in Shallotte; suspect stole money and a lottery ticket from victim’s car.

•Property damage on Beach Drive in Ocean Isle Beach; a shopping cart hit victim’s vehicle, damaging the rear passenger door.

•Larceny on Stone Chimney Road in Supply; suspect stole a firearm from victim’s vehicle.

•Larceny on Ocean Pine Drive in Supply; suspect stole victim’s vehicle tag.

•Larceny on Oak Ridge Drive in Calabash; suspect stole victim’s diamond ring from her house.

•Breaking and entering and larceny on Riverside Drive in Varmantown; suspect entered victim’s shed and stole multiple items.

•Larceny on Marshwinds Circle in Southport; suspect stole two bikes from victim’s condo.

•Breaking and entering and larceny on Pineview Drive SE in Bolivia; suspect opened victim’s door and stole two hearing aids and a laptop computer.

•Breaking and entering to a residence, larceny and property damage on North Hampton Drive in Southport; suspect kicked in victim’s back door and stole money, checkbooks and a safe.

•Breaking and entering, larceny and property damage on Millers Path NE in Leland; suspect broke into victim’s residence and stole three jars of loose change and jewelry.
