Fishing for trout in beautiful weather

-A A +A
By Capt. Jacob Frick

The weather has been gorgeous the last couple of weeks with the exception of a couple of days with strong northerly winds. Temperatures have definitely shifted to normal November conditions with lows in the 40s and highs in the lower 70s. The air is clear and crisp. We will have to wait and see whether we have a seasonable Thanksgiving this year. The last couple of years it has been warm and wet. There is a big warm ridge building in the middle of the country. In fact, several areas well north of us could be warmer than us here on the beach.
