Oak Island’s Tulsey a winner in Lighthouse run

Clint Henry, 24, of Wilmington, won the 13th annual Oak Island Lighthouse 10-kilomoter run April 16.

In partly cloudy conditions and in 64-degree weather, Henry finished the 6.2-mile race in 35 minutes, 43 seconds. The Southport-Oak Island Chamber of Commerce sponsored the race.

Shawn Evans, 31, of Research Triangle Park, was second in 37:32.

South Brunswick High School runner Luis Rodriguez was the top local finisher, 10th in 41:50.
