Believe it or not, February is finally here. Amidst the snow, sleet, high winds and the abnormal 65-degree sunny day, opportunities to go fishing offshore have been slim to none the past few weeks. Whether you’re a hardcore backwater angler or a novice offshore angler, the weather has not been conducive to spend the day fishing. However, there has been a handful of courageous fishermen who have bundled up and ventured offshore and have done surprisingly well.
